our dinner package includes detailed heating & finishing instructions, ensuring THANKSGIVING success. a few additional details to note:
- orders are repaid & fully refundable with 72 hours notice
- orders are picked up between 11am -3pm on wednesday, november 23rd
- our turkey comes quartered & in a cryo-bag. you will simply drop the bag into boiling water, sear the pieces & carve the breast
