all reservations are held with a $25 per person deposit, that is fully refundable with 72 hours notice. guests select their own; starters, & mains.

  • ROASTED TURKEY (white & dark) cranberry chutney, gravy

THANKSGIVING - TO GO

savor a restaurant-level THANKSGIVING dinner from the comfort of your home.

our build-your-own dinner package includes detailed heating & serving instructions, ensuring THANKSGIVING success. a few additional details to note:

  • orders are prepaid & fully refundable with 72 hours notice
  • orders are picked up between 11am -3pm on wednesday, november 22nd 
  • our turkey comes quartered & in a cryo-bag. you will simply drop the bag into boiling water, sear the pieces & carve the breast
  • substitutions are not available
  • everything is a la carte - pick one of each for a composed meal, or grab a side to bring with you!

MENU:

  • PUMPKIN PIE caramelized honey, brown butter, flakey all-butter crust (9in., feeds 8 ppl)
  • WHOLE TURKEY brined & par-baked, re-heat instructions included! (15lb, feeds 8-10 ppl)
  • AUTUMN POT PIE vegetarian entree, or just an add-on for the table! root vegetables, squash, sage, thyme, phyllo (2qt baking pan, feeds 6 ppl)
  • HERB-WHIPPED POTATOES basically delicious, garnished with parsley & chives (1qt)
  • ROASTED LEEK & MUSHROOM DRESSING "dress" it or "stuff" it on your plate; this is a return fan favorite from last year's spread. gruyere, brioche, savory custard, herbs (2qt. baking pan feeds 6ppl)
  • CHILLED BEAN MELANGE haricots verts, yellow wax beans, cranberry, crispy onions, smokey bacon vinaigrette (1qt)
  • URFA CARROTS whipped feta, mint, cilantro, spiced pistachio, sesame (1qt)
  • BRAISED HOMINY peppers, ham, herbs (1qt)
  • ROASTED BRUSSEL SPROUTS dates, spanish chorizo, sherry reduction (1qt)
